Your privacy at Spark

When you contact us

When you email or call Spark, we use the information you provide to respond. This website does not submit a contact form. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send payment details or sensitive information.

Memberships and payments

Membership, vehicle, account, and payment information is entered on NXTWash, which has its own policies. The Spark website does not store your card details.

Free-wash text offers

Carwash Blitz collects the information shown in its offer form and provides its own privacy and messaging-consent terms. Review those details before registering.

Cookies and measurement

Cookie choices are saved in this browser. When measurement is configured, optional analytics and advertising tags load only after you allow the relevant category. They may measure visits, offer clicks, calls, and directions. Change choices in Cookie preferences in the footer. Contact messages, email addresses, license plates, and card details are not sent to website analytics.

Third-party services

Google Maps, NXTWash, and Carwash Blitz apply their own privacy policies. The site host may process technical request information to serve and secure the website.

Maps and optional location access

The map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap when you view it. OpenStreetMap receives technical requests such as your IP address and the map area displayed. Our map shows Spark branches, not your precise position. “Use my location” asks your browser for permission only when you select it. Your position is used in this page to calculate approximate straight-line distances to our branches; it is not saved or sent to Spark analytics. You can use every address and directions link without sharing your location. Google Maps applies its own policy when you open directions. OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
